These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and o777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated at o777.asia. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2.2 Registration is limited to one account per individual player, per household, per device, and per payment method. o777 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.
2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. o777 accepts no liability for account access issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.
2.4 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the o777 Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction within Pakistan. o777 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in your specific location. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have verified the applicable legal requirements in your province, city, or territory.
2.5 o777 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or policy violation.
3.1 o777 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) and satisfactory proof of address before withdrawal requests are processed.
3.2 o777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing deposits, withdrawals, or activation of bonus credits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of account activity.
3.3 KYC documents are processed in accordance with o777's Privacy Policy. By submitting KYC documentation, you consent to o777 retaining and processing that information for the purposes of identity verification, age compliance, anti-money laundering obligations, and responsible gaming enforcement.
3.4 Where KYC verification reveals that a player has provided false information — including but not limited to a false age declaration — o777 will close the account immediately and forfeit the entire account balance.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. o777 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile wallet providers.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified accounts. o777 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method, applicable KYC status, and volume of requests. o777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
4.5 o777 reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.6 Player funds held in o777 accounts are not interest-bearing. o777 does not act as a financial institution and account balances do not constitute deposits under Pakistani banking law.
5.1 All bets placed on o777's cricket betting and sports markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as displayed within the betting section. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, o777's determination shall be final.
5.2 All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical randomisation processes (cards, dice, roulette wheels) overseen by live dealers. o777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.3 o777 reserves the right to void, cancel, or limit any bet or wager where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, suspicious betting patterns, or manifest pricing errors. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
5.4 Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager. o777 provides game descriptions and help information within the Platform. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the applicable game and market rules.
6.1 o777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum win caps.
6.2 Bonus funds and free bet winnings cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Withdrawal requests made while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding may result in the forfeiture of any uncompleted bonus balance.
6.3 o777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already commenced wagering, any qualifying wagering already completed prior to withdrawal will be recognised.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or systematically wagering on low-risk combinations to meet wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the o777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting of relevant conduct to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
8.1 o777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, age violation, Terms breach, or responsible gaming concerns.
8.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure — including real money deposits and winnings — may be forfeited at o777's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
8.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting o777 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures.
8.4 Players who have self-excluded through the o777 responsible gaming tools are prohibited from attempting to re-register during the self-exclusion period. o777 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration, but the player bears primary responsibility for compliance with self-exclusion terms.
9.1 All content on the o777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, data feeds, and compiled information — is the proprietary property of o777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the o777 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No broader rights are granted.
9.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the o777 Platform without express written authorisation from o777.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, o777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from game outcomes, betting losses, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
10.2 o777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their o777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 o777 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party outages may cause periods of reduced functionality or complete unavailability. o777 accepts no liability for losses claimed to arise from such periods of unavailability.
11.1 o777 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your o777 account settings.
